Processing Time

· Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
· You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the link provided.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

· If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
· If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll help with a replacement or refund.
· Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered are the customer's responsibility. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Wrong Address
